My name is Tiffiny Yaxley, I live in the beautiful Canadian Rockies with my husband and dog. I have been creating art ever since I can remember. In recent years I’ve been using my art to express how I see the world and how I experience all these crazy feelings that make me human. I draw cartoons, especially to process difficult experiences. Once I can draw it as a comic, I feel like it’s easier to view objectively and let go.
I’ve been sober since May of 2022 and choosing to quit drinking has dramatically changed my life for the better. I am more productive, healthier, happier and most noticeably feel WAY more feelings. I know my sobriety is a big reason my work has blossomed into what it is. I am finding a way to work through life’s challenges in a (what I hope is) a healthier and funnier, way.
The goal of this website it to share my comics and other art in the hope I can help others see they aren’t alone in this (sometimes shit storm, sometimes beautiful ray of sunshine) thing we call life.
